Confessions Tuesday

Good Tuesday morning everyone!

Here is my honesty for the week.

- I take pictures of Sophia while she is sleeping. She is just so cute! I know that the flash annoys her and usually wakes her up if I take more then one.. but I can't help it!

- I hate bugs. I hate pretty much all bugs.. even cute little lady bigs KINDA freak me out a little bit. This weekend 3 disgusting flies decided to take up residence in my home. I was able to kill 2 of them.. but I am pretty sure one is still here.
I was in the kitchen when I was trying to kill them and noticed I was saying "I am gonna get you." OUTLOUD! Luckily no one was here. THEN when I successfully killed them both... I laughed. One of those creepy laughs too. Oh gosh.

uh! well.. I just found that third fly... in my coffee right now.

GOT HIM. hahaha

-  I had been dealing with some guilt feelings lately with being a stay at home wife. I know that I do a lot around the house and now I am taking care of Sophia -- but it is NOTHING compared to the hard work my husband does all week long... and I am not helping financially as much as I used to when I was working.
Does anyone deal with feelings like that at all? I am really curious. Comment below and tell me your thoughts in our own life.

Confession Tuesday

Happy Tuesday lovelies!

Here is a little honesty for your day -

- I have recently discovered that I have an extremely silly pet/baby voice. lol. It is really high pitched and just silliness. I never knew that I had this until we got little Sophia but now I can't stop it.

- This weekend was not my shining moment. I was very tired with our new puppy and a little on edge. I got into a few arguments with my husband over NOTHING.
We are not the perfect couple.... we get into arguments and sometimes I don't talk very nice to him. This weekend was like that. We made up and were able to communicate through and I am so glad. I loathe arguing with him and at times wish that our marriage was a fairytale. ... But its not. hehe. It is real life. We are two imperfect people learning and growing together. I am just so blessed that I have Martin by my side and God as our center.

- Last week I went out to Starbucks with a friend and I took an hour attempting to do my hair as a hair bow. I did it over and over and over again! It was supposed to be so simple... but I made it complicated!

Confession Tuesday

Happy Tuesday Lovelies! (:

Its that time again for Confession Tuesday. (: Here we go.

- Last week when I went on that lovely walk in my neighborhood  -- I got lost. I have no idea how it happened! I knew where I was.. and then I took a wrong turn and ended up WAY far away from my house. I meant to go on the walk for 45 minutes... but that turned into and hour and a half. It doesn't really help that the street names are all the same! Its so easy to get turned around in my neighborhood. I eventually had to get the GPS on my phone out!

- Justin Bieber's 'Boyfriend' is currently my ring tone. I LOVE this song. I cannot help but wanna dance whenever I hear it.... so I downloaded it. No shame.

- Sometimes when I take pictures of things... I purposefully put my wedding ring in the shot. I love being married.. and I love photos when the wedding ring is on display. hehe

 Hmm.. there is a pattern. hehe.

- Yesterday while working out I really wanted to yell at the workout instructor on Netflix. They are so cheerful and I know they are trying to be motivating but uh... sometimes I get annoyed. Stop saying "8 more" like its not a lot... it is a lot to me!

Confession Tuesday

Happy Tuesday lovelies!

Let me get some things off my chest: (:

-  This morning I wanted to punch 5am straight in the face! WHY does my husband have to work so early? Poor guy! I did not want to get up and lingered in bed until the last minute. I promised myself I could go back to sleep when I get home from dropping him off -- that didn't happen.

- If we go according to what me and my husband looked like as children... I think I will have the CUTEST kids in the world (sorry everyone else).

- I don't get excited to clean the house. But this morning I found my new favorite product! I have been wanting to try it for awhile.. but I FINALLY bought it and I am so stinking excited! Its Mrs. Meyers Clean Day . I bought lavender counter spray and basil dish soap and my kitchen smells AH-MAZING!!! Mrs. Meyers is mostly all natural (97%), cruelty-free, no harsh chemicals, and no animal testing. Its safe for children and expecting mothers. Its all good for the environment. I noticed its not really any more expensive then other cleaning products and my kitchen smells delicioso instead of like ... bleach.. and cleaning product. I am pleased as punch!

- Sometimes when I am "napping" I am really playing Temple Run on my phone... but my hubby really does nap.. and then I sneak pictures of him. hehe.

Confession Tuesday

What a day I had today!!!!

Lots of things went wrong with the DMV (except here it is just the driver's license office) and a car rental place. Martin and I were wanting to see my family in Oklahoma but it didn't work out.

There were some problems since I have an 'out of state license' (its so weird for me to say that.. since its a California license.. to me, Martin has the 'out of state license') and Martin is not 25 yet. Eh.. Well hopefully I can get my Alabama license soon so we can go somewhere next month for our anniversary.

- Sometimes when I am cleaning and there are a lot of clothes (clean & dirty) I throw them all in the dirty clothes hamper because I just do not want to deal with them.

- Today I got ALL dolled up because I knew they were going to do a super high fashion photo shoot take my picture at the DMV    Driver's License Office.... but nope! I didn't have my birth certificate (I did however have my social security card, marriage license, and 'out of state license'.

- When on my cell phone with the car rental place I had a split second wish that I was on a "regular" phone so I could slam it. Tapping the 'off' button really hard just doesn't share the same relief as slamming a phone down.

 - Yesterday I ran on the elliptical while watching the Justin Bieber episode of Glee AND danced to 'Boyfriend' in the car. I can't help it... I kinda love like him.

Confession Tuesday

Happy Tuesday!!! Time for some honesty -

- The past two days I have been kinda watching 16 & Pregnant on Hulu a lot. I have no idea why I like this show but it is like my guilty pleasure. I so do not agree that 16 yr olds should be having babies at all but I cannot help but keep pressing 'play' when the previous episode ends.

- Yesterday I was making up scenarios in my head of what my future could be like. Honestly, it just gave me anxiety.

- I check my Facebook on my phone when I am mean to just look to check the time.  I get off Facebook and start doing something else and then realize that I still have no idea what time it is.

- I LOVE crock pot meals... because it tastes (and looks) like I slaved in the kitchen for hours... when really the crock pot did most of the work. I made a DELICIOUS crock pot lasagna that I plan on making again this week. (I will post about it [with pictures] later in the week.)

So lets start:

- I confess that I did have a Whitney Houston sing-along by myself this weekend while deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. I danced and belted my little heart out. I am sure the neighbors were impressed with my very-close-to-America-idol-skills. (:

- I confess that sometimes after I have an intense workout do pilates in my living room, I eat a cookie after my shower. Not to reward myself for the amazing job getting through the whole DVD, but just because it looks scrumptious!

- I confess that occasionally when I have to go out to the store after being home I will throw on my yoga pants, tennis shoes, sports bra, tank top, and throw my hair in a pony tail with a stretchy headband so it looks like I was JUST working out... instead of cleaning and cooking sitting at my house. (: sneaky sneaky this girl!
